Delete your family account
The short version
A parent can delete your family's Tachlis. account from inside the app, or by writing to us. Deleting removes the whole family, for everyone in it. You have 7 days to change your mind. After that it cannot be undone.
Delete it from inside the app
- Open Tachlis. and sign in. Pick a parent's profile on the device.
- Go to Settings, then Account and security.
- At the bottom, tap Delete our family account.
- Read what will be deleted, type your family username and your current family password, and confirm.
Every device in the family is signed out straight away. If the family has an email address on the account, we send it a confirmation with the deletion date and how to cancel.
Or ask us by email
Write to tachlis@lerns.ai from the email address registered on your family account, with the subject "Delete our family account" and your family username. To protect your family, we only act on a request that comes from that address. We start the same 7-day window and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Everything that belongs to the family, for every person in it:
- The family calendar and every event, plus the calendar links and connected-calendar keys you added
- Lists, tasks, routines, points, rewards and goals
- Meal plans and recipes
- The budget
- Profile photos and frame photos
- Chats with the assistant and the facts it remembered
- Telegram and WhatsApp links, and notification subscriptions
- Every family member's profile, and every login and PIN
We keep one short internal record that a deletion happened: an internal number and the dates of the request and the deletion. It holds no names, email addresses or anything your family put in the app.
The 7-day window
Nothing is deleted for 7 days after you ask. During that time the app shows "This family is scheduled for deletion on" the date, and sends no reminders, digests or messages. To cancel, open the app and choose Restore our family with your family username and password. Everything comes back exactly as it was.
After the 7 days we delete the family permanently, within 14 days of your request. From then on it cannot be undone, by you or by us.
Backup copies
We back up the service every night, on our server and as an encrypted copy in our Microsoft 365 storage. Each backup is replaced after 14 days. So after your family is deleted, copies of its data can stay in those backups for up to 14 more days, and then they are gone. Nobody uses them except to recover the service after a failure.

בקצרה
הורה יכול למחוק את חשבון המשפחה בתכל'ס מתוך האפליקציה, או לכתוב לנו. המחיקה מוחקת את כל המשפחה, לכל מי שבה. יש לכם 7 ימים להתחרט. אחרי זה אי אפשר לבטל.
מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה
- פתחו את תכל'ס והיכנסו. בחרו במכשיר את הפרופיל של אחד ההורים.
- היכנסו להגדרות, ואז לחשבון ואבטחה.
- בתחתית המסך, הקישו על מחיקת חשבון המשפחה שלנו.
- קראו מה יימחק, הקלידו את שם המשתמש של המשפחה ואת הסיסמה הנוכחית, ואשרו.
כל המכשירים של המשפחה מתנתקים מיד. אם בחשבון יש כתובת אימייל, נשלח אליה אישור עם תאריך המחיקה והסבר איך לבטל.

מה נמחק
כל מה ששייך למשפחה, לכל אחד בה:
- היומן המשפחתי וכל האירועים, וגם קישורי היומנים והמפתחות של יומנים מחוברים שהוספתם
- רשימות, משימות, שגרות, נקודות, פרסים ויעדים
- תכנון ארוחות ומתכונים
- התקציב
- תמונות פרופיל ותמונות המסגרת
- השיחות עם העוזר והדברים שהוא זכר
- החיבורים לטלגרם ולוואטסאפ, וההרשמות להתראות
- הפרופיל של כל בן משפחה, וכל הכניסות והקודים
אנחנו שומרים רשומה פנימית קצרה אחת שמחיקה התבצעה: מספר פנימי ותאריכי הבקשה והמחיקה. אין בה שמות, כתובות אימייל או שום דבר שהמשפחה הכניסה לאפליקציה.
7 הימים להתחרט
במשך 7 ימים אחרי הבקשה שום דבר לא נמחק. בזמן הזה האפליקציה מציגה "המשפחה הזו מתוכננת למחיקה" עם התאריך, ולא שולחת תזכורות, סיכומים או הודעות. כדי לבטל, פתחו את האפליקציה ובחרו שחזור המשפחה שלנו עם שם המשתמש והסיסמה של המשפחה. הכל חוזר בדיוק כמו שהיה.
אחרי 7 הימים אנחנו מוחקים את המשפחה לצמיתות, תוך 14 ימים מהבקשה. מאותו רגע אי אפשר לבטל, לא אתם ולא אנחנו.
עותקי גיבוי
אנחנו מגבים את השירות בכל לילה, בשרת שלנו וכעותק מוצפן באחסון Microsoft 365 שלנו. כל גיבוי מוחלף אחרי 14 ימים. לכן אחרי שהמשפחה נמחקת, עותקים של המידע שלה יכולים להישאר בגיבויים עד 14 ימים נוספים, ואז הם נעלמים. אף אחד לא משתמש בהם, חוץ מלשחזור השירות אחרי תקלה.
